3.8 Please note that for the purposes of the simplest purchase process and for the subsequent processing of the contract by the online shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the owner of the connection is stored as well as the name, address and details of the buyer’s payment. In addition, the following data is also stored with us for the purpose of contract execution: delivery address, payment date. The data you provide are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, except for the transmission of credit / data card data to the processing / payment service provider in order to charge the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company with us in charge of delivering the goods and to our tax adviser to fulfill our tax obligations. In the case of a contract, all data of the contractual relationship are archived until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
